At Serenity Hills Life Center, we believe that recreation, fitness, relaxation therapies, nutrition and holistic modalities are a powerful tool in recovery. Serenity Hills Life Center places much focus on our Health and Wellness Program. We have a state-of-the-art gym, walking trails, our Serenity Room for yoga & meditation, and our Massage Therapy Room. Every individual will be a part of this program in some sense, but it also is an elective in other aspects. Every individual in our program will do walking, stretches and relaxation therapies.

  • Use of our Health and Wellness Fitness Center

  • Cardio Exercise
